Mission Statement
Bloomfield Hills preschool educators believe that it is important to educate the whole child. We believe that learning is holistic in nature where the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of all children is embraced. Parents are a child’s first and most important teachers, and their support is extremely critical to the child’s success in school activities.
General Information
- The facility is designed for children between the ages of 6 weeks and 6 years old.
- Children will attend classes in two semester blocks in a caring and nurturing environment consistent with the Bloomfield Hills School District. Our first semester runs early September to mid January. The second semester starts mid January and ends the middle of June.
- Children will be provided a nutritional snack each day.
- Registration is on a first come first served basis. Residents and staff members of Bloomfield Hills School District will have first priority.
- The facility is licensed by the State and meets all guidelines.
- The preschool is under the direction of the Bloomfield Hills School District. The program will assure children a smooth transition into the kindergarten through 12th grade educational experience in Bloomfield Hills.
- Infant and Toddler Care is available starting at 6 weeks of age. Full and part time options are available.
- Summer Infant/Toddler and Child Care is available. Children will participate in field trips, projects and themed activities. Care is available mid June to late August from 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
